PRIVACY STATEMENT/DATA PROTECTION POLICY At Dress Circle Costumiers, we collect and process a substantial amount of "personal data" - as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 - in the provision of our services. We hold some of the data within our administrative systems over a long period to enable us to provide a complete service to our customers as we cultivate the long-term relationships. Part of our compliance with the legislation is our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office of the purposes for which we process personal data. We only share data with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. We cannot accept liability for any processing by third parties outside our remit. "Third parties" may include, but are not restricted to, Drama Associations or the Courier Service used for delivery.
